After visiting the customers’ sites, analysis, and assessment, XRMC experts provide technical consultation to customer with their specified construction requirements, site conditions, plants configuration, budget and future development to help customer make the right plants.
Installation and commissioning
a. XRMC has experienced and qualified service engineers can provide installation and commissioning service.
b. after installation and commissioning, XRMC has standard service acceptance certificate for service engineers and customers to cross check the specified items, andcustomer will sign if everything fulfill the requirements.

Trainnnig
XRMC service engineers will train the operators and maintenance team during the installation and commissioning period. To guide customer to use the machines properly and ensure the machine stability and efficiency.
The training including: Safety regulations, mechanical schematics, operation demonstration, and daily trouble shooting etc.
XRMC holds training class to operators with the latest technologies and specifications every year, to ensure operators can operate the machines properly and carry out proper service, to prolong the machines life.
